How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.

Select From A2 down & right so you have the whole range where this might apply selected then in Conditional Formatting choose
New Rule - Use a formula ... - Format values where this formula is true: =$M2="Yes" - Format... - Choose formatting - OK - OK
