Hi good morning, hope you can help me please, I have cells P4:P54 and if this cell is equal to 1 then i want row O to say "Fully Utilised" and to be filled with the colour Green, can you help me please?
 
I understand that about the (rw, "O") code but this works so i dont understand why it does? this is the code that was provided before by a member on here which works, so i am now confused as this is tried and tested and works

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
if it works now for you so where is the problem? (this is a rhetorical question)

as per my post 13 i advised that i want adding extra to the code which is if row P value =1 then row O = "Fully Utilised" , i have tried but cant get it to work

so you need to wait for someone else or post new thread with VBA in title
and describe your problem detailed
