Is it possible to have a condition Formatting that six month before todays date its highlighted in Green, and stays that color till it reaches 3 months before todays date and then change color to yellow and stay yellow till it reaches 1 month before todays date and at that time it will turn red until a new date its entered.

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
Let's say that your date is in cell B2. Then you could so something like this for the 3-6 span:
Excel Formula:
=AND(TODAY()-B2>90,TODAY-B2<180)
and then choose your green color.

Repeat the same logic for the others, adding in more CF rules.
