Could i use conditional formatting to highlight a row above filled in rows in a range?

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying

There is a Excel Sheet which has filled in rows i need i colored line above each filled in row.
Just color in a row rather than a row added

Select above row of filled Row ( I Suppose your filled row is 10, then Select row 9) Then Conditional formatting, Manage Rule, New rule,
Use formula to Determine ..... and type
Excel Formula:
=A10<>""
Then select format that you want and apply.

Problem is I have various ranges and I am trying to fill in color rows with a click of a button rather than manually.
Using VBA Coding.
