conditional formatting

Hi All,
I would like to turn all cells in column A and B green whenever column A equals Mon

example
Column B has the date, column A returns the day equal to the date entered in column B
A B
1 =B1 15/02/22
2 =b2 16/02/22
3 =b3 17/02/22
