Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
hi
i figured it out i was using my Today()- incorrectly

Hi, please find solution below, create a new rule in conditional formatting and put this formula there

=IF(AND(L2<>"",L2<=TODAY()-90),"True","False")
