CONDITIONAL FORMATTING

I have a some ranges in a worksheet, in which I would like to color the cell with the lowest value. I would like to do this by conditional formatting.

For example, if I have values in cells A1:A10, I would like a formula that I could put in conditional formatting to color the cell with the lowest value red.
