Can a UDF be a part of a Conditional Formatting Statement?

I'm Blank -- a bit uncertain... Brain FREEZE here....

Jim, I'm not sure about 2007, but in other versions, to my knowledge, CF works only with resident functions. That's why Functions from the Analysis ToolPak won't work. I assume it's the same for UDFs.
