I am experiencing issues when I attempt to use formula based conditional formatting when specific criteria is met. This relates to sla response times for different incident priorities.
The response times are as follows;
Sev 1 - 15 mins
Sev 2 - 30 mins
Sev 3 - 240 mins
I am looking to colour a cell RED if the response time for that appropriate severity (identified in a seperate cell) is exceeded.
