Hello - this should be an easy one

Columns A and B have number values. If the value in column B1 is less than A1, I want it to format green. I've got that part figured out with conditional formatting Help, but how do I get results based on a range? When I apply conditional formatting to B1:B100, it only gives me results for A1, but I need results for adjacent cells A1:A100.

Thanks.

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
Select the whole range and apply the CF formula
