I want to highlight cells which do NOT contain text from two different cells. Here's what I have.

A B C D
1 Jason Jason - Chris Jason Mark
2 Chris Chris Jason - Chris John

In this example, the reference cells are A1 and A2. If the cells do not contain either Jason, Chris, or Jason - Chris, they should be highlighted. Here cells B2, C1, and D2 should be highlighted. Can anyone help me out?

Thanks

Greg

try this formula =AND(ISERROR(FIND($A$1,B1,1)),ISERROR(FIND($A$2,B1,1)))

apply the formula to cells B1 to D50 (or wherever the last cells you want to check is)
