Conditional Formatting

Dear All,
I have a table of data in which a column's value is descending and at some point that column's value becomes zero and continues to be zero till bottom. I wish to make table font white right after the row in which the column's value becomes zero (not the first row with zero).

Here I want to make the font white of the table from row 6 and onward. See the value on column B becomes zero on row 5.

If you know how to use CF, then try something like this as a New Rule, Use Formula...

=countif($B$1:B1,0)>1
format fill as needed.

let me know if you need help setting that up in CF

Thanks for your help. Though, it didn't yield the expected result, I figured another alternative.
