Dear Friends,

I would like to do the following in B8.

If cell value C8 is equal to or less then 0 then fill cell B8 with GREEN colour

I can do it if it concerns only one cell, e.g. C8, but no it concerns two cells.

Please help.

Thank you in advance,

Opgelost ( The Netherlands)

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
Opgelost, Good evening.

Your explanation is not clear.

What 2 cells are you talking about?

Do you want 2 cells be colored or you want to use 2 cells as criterion?

Please, give us an example of cells and the desired result.

Okay, it sounds like you are familiar with the basics of Conditional Formatting. Choose the cell(s) you want to turn green. When you make a new rule, choose "Use a formula to determine which cells to format". Then in the formula box type in:

=C8<=B8

And format the fill to what shade of green you are after.
