Conditional Formula (Dates)

Hello,

I hope someone can help me with this.
If cell C is not blank, result should be "Done"
If the cell is blank and cell B and cell A result should be the following:
If 15 Day Difference, "Too early"
If 30 Day Difference, " Needed"
If 60 Day, "Cancelled"

Column headings would have been handy, you seem to be missing a category.
This should make is easier for you to modify once you figure out what to do with the missing category.
Also you need to know if a negative days is possible.

PS: Ideally I would give the lookup table and Table Name or as a second choice a range name.
