I'm using this formula =$D6>$E6 to color the font red if the condition is met. This works but I need to change it so rather than simply looking to see if D is great than E, I want it to look and see if E is 80% or less of D. How do I change the formula to show that?

Thanks in advance

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
you want to only test if E is exactly 80% or less than 80%

=E6/D6 - will give the % of E v D

then
=($E6/$D6 )< = 0.8
