Here's what I would like to do:

If there is a date entered (cell E26), then background stays white.

If there is no date entered in E26 and today's date is between cell E8+7 and E8+14, then background turns grey in cell E26.

If there is no date entered in E26 and today's date is between cell E8+14 and infinity (or 100 days, the value won't ever go over E8+100), then the background turns red in cell E26.

I did a conditional format w/ 3 conditions but I can't get it to work out how I would like.

Please help...Thanks!

Hi

1. Formula Is .... =AND(E26="",TODAY()<=$E$8+14,TODAY()>=$E$8+8)

Format as Grey

2. Formula Is ... =AND(E26="",TODAY()>$E$8+14)

Format as Red

Best regards

Richard

EDIT: mistake in first formula, now corrected
