Conditional header and footer image

Hi everyone,

Need your assistance on conditional header and footer. I want a macro in which if my cell "D2, D3..... Dn" is empty, it should not show header and footer or else if it is not empty, header and footer should should show logo. The logo is in picture format and saved in the desktop folder. I'm using Do while loop.

Excel Facts
