I have a question on using a pivot table.

The source data includes a column for whether or not a workshop was atteneded, yes or no. I would like the pivot table to report a count of workshops atteneded. If I include a count of that field it includes all fields with values, yes and no's. Can the pivot table be written to count the fields if = Yes?

Thank you

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Put the header for Yes/No in the Page and select Yes on the pull down or put it on the Row or Column and deselect NO. Either way keep the count in the data, the Yes selection will narrow down the count.
