Morning Everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help me. I have a table of data on a worksheet (sheet1) that is refreshed by a query. On another sheet (sheet2) I have a button, when I press the button I would like it to copy and paste all the rows from (sheet 1) that have no value in column C to (sheet 2). Is this possible?

Many thanks
D

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Have you tried experimenting with Advanced Filter ( another location )?

Hi there,

Thanks a lot! It seems to be what I am looking for however is there a way to automate it using a button as the data will need filtering more than once while the user is using the workbook?

Kind regards

Dan

Record your actions with the macro recorder, and tweak the code if necessary, and then insert a Forms button onto your sheet and assign the macro to it.
