Hi.

I have a 5 worksheets that I need to add certain columns,in each worksheet. For example, there is an hours column in each worksheet, however, this column is on different locations on each sheet. I have been using conditional sum, and, have come up with the following.
***********************
{=SUM(IF('out of office comm engag'!$G$2:$G$649857=$B11,1,0))+SUM(IF('out of office cust'!$G$2:$G$649958=$B11,1,0))+SUM(IF('in office visitor'!$E$2:$E$649979=$B11,1,0))+SUM(IF('in office cust'!$G$2:$G$649900=$B11,1,0))+SUM(IF('area csc admin'!$F$2:$F$64917=$B11,1,0))}
*****************

This works fine, but I have a number of these in the workbook, and, I was wondering is there a more efficient was of doing this.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Thanks for the reply, no I just has some test data in and made the data-set a lot larger. In my real version, there are around 50,000 to 60,000 rows of data for each worksheet.
