conditional value in outlook form

I am creating a outlook form that has three fields dependent on the value of other fields.I will need to have a nested IF and OR statement (like in excel) however i new to vb script.Please tell me how to enter the values in the properties tab on that field(syntax of the value)
eg.If a =1or 2 or 3 or 4 then b=x,if a=5 or 6 or 7 then b=y else b=z.
