Conditionally format EXACT matches

Hi,
I have a single column (column A) of 17k values and need to conditionally format only the EXACT matches. Below you can see what the data looks like, the first and second values are not exact matches although Excel says they are matches. Values 3 and 4 are exact matches and 5 and 6 are exact matches while values 7 and 8 are not.
I have spent hours trying to find a solution and have tried many different solutions that did not work.
Please help!
