Hello,
I need some help please :)

I would like to use condtional formatting to turn columns yellow depending what text is written in another column

Column G contains a data validation with this data in there: opportunity identified, proposal submitted etc and starts on row G20, i would like column AA, AE & AF to all turn yellow depending on which one of the four choices selected in column H they pick.

I have tried unsucessfully all morning to do this, the adjacent column (H) contains percentages so i tried to do it on that instead and used the condition based on "between" 0% - 99% but it only coloured one cell.

As always, any help greatly appreciated :)
Thanku

Thanx for the link, however it didnt work :(

I tried to do it with the percent column instead and said anything less than 100 colour yellow but it coloured yellow the whole column even if it was 100%
