Configure OAuth2 gmail API for an Excel Workbook

I have an excel workbook that sends personalized emails to a list of members in my goggle group. This app has been working for 3 years, but now google needs OAuth. I have set it up using a test API from "Email Architect" and it will send the mail with some interaction. Now I'm trying to configure the API for my account, but it keeps saying:

"Because you're using one or more sensitive scopes, your app registration requires verification by Google"

I have one user who is also the principle and has owner privileges. I only need to send emails.

Any thoughts on how to proceed would be greatly appreciate.

Looks like I didn't need OAuth to send emails. I have an answer from DaimTo @ stackoverflow.
