I have a sheet with a column of numbers that range from 0.00 to -7.0, there are about 200 cell vertically.

I would like to know if a formula to calculate and have a total of these numbers in differences of 1.00 is possible.

Basically I want to have at the bottom of sheet as an example all numers in the 200 cells that range from 0.00 to -1.00 are totaled and inserted in a particular cell.

So if there are 43 cells with 0.00 to -1.00 in the cell I choose it says 43.

hope this is not confusing...it is to me

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Hi

Something like

=ABS(SUMPRODUCT(--(A1:A200>=-1),--(A1:A200<=0),(A1:A200)))
