Confused and OFFSET

I have a row of values going across maybe 24 columns and the last 5 or 12 columns are zero. Depending on a criteria range. I want to find the first cell address with zero then pull a date with an offset(-1,0) see below.

Mar..Apr..Jun..Jul
..3.....4....0.....0.
=Jun


Can anyone help?

Here's what i'm doing...

Given your set up (no zeroes in-between non-zeroes), Index/Match won't make havoc.
