I would like to create an IF formula that will do the following:

If cell D2 is less than or equal E2, place an X in cell F2; but if G2 contains any value whatsoever even if D2 <= E2, leave cell F2 blank.

I have the first part of the formula =IF(D2<=E2,"X","") but I cannot figure out the last part.

Any suggestions?

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
=IF(G2<>"","",IF(D2<=E2,"X",""))

..but you haven't specified what should happen if D2 is greater than E2, so it's the last "" you need to change if desired.
