Connecting groups of Option buttons

I have a spreadsheet that I need different option (selection) buttons on separate rows to operate independently from each other. The rows would look something like this:
ROW 1 = Yes NO
ROW 2 = Sun Mon Tues Wed Thurs Fri Sat
ROW 3 = Weekly Monthly
Row 4 = Yes NO
etc

How do I get each row to allow only one selection within each row. I know the option buttons are not "connected" to the rows but it was the easiest way to describe it.

Right now if I select the button for Mon then go to row 3 and select the button for Weekly, the Mon selection disappears. It is like all of the option buttons are connected together but I want them to be connected by group in each row.

I would appreciate any help

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
Mike,

Thanks for the reply. When I insert a group box from the developer tab how do I then insert the option buttons and then "link" them to the group box?
