Consider a blank cell as 0 and still blank ?

Hi ,is there any formula which return the blank cell as 0 and to still blank other than formula E15?cause G14 returns an error !, shall i use the conditional formatting ?

Use =SUM(E14,F14) instead of E14+F14. Although the way it's written, it will always return a blank
