Consildate different Excel files into one

Hi Everyone,

I have had a look around on how to consolidate around 12 spreadsheet files into 1 but cannot find anything as yet. All the spreadsheets have the same field headers I just need the data be merged into one file from all the various files that I am using, something that would save a lot of copy of pasting.
Any ideas on this would be appreciated.

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
