Consolidate data on the same sheet

I have data located in different parts of the same worksheet I am looking to consolidate into one table. Each data series has the same headings:

Month, Metric, property, value

Each series gets updated each month so the consolidated table will have to be rebuilt each month. Any ideas how to do this ?
