11 years ago, I consolidated over 50 workbooks with a "Consolidate" function in Excel. This worked great in that I was able to do what used to take 5 hours and complete in about 5 minutes. I can no longer find this function. Do I have to learn VBA code to consolidate now?

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
Andrew, I may have misunderstood your reply. Data|Consolidate is for only within a workbook. I need to consolidate 50 workbooks.

Try a search of this board; there is some VB code for multiple workbook consolidation.
