This seems simple enough but I keep ending up with circular reference error.

I have 4 spreadsheets. Sheet A, Sheet B, Sheet C and ALL

I have approximately 200 names listed on the master ALL sheet. I then have that same master list on A, B and C. Now for example a name (John) will be taken (removed) from the master list on Sheet A and applied to the done list on Sheet A. I have it that his name is automatically applied to the ALL sheet as done list with the corresponding sheet A, B or C listed. I am trying to now remove his name from the other 3 master lists on sheets ALL, B and C so his name is not used again. After that is done his name should only be on the ALL sheet as done on Sheet A. and his name listed on Sheet A as done. Like I said when I try to have each list look at another list I get the circular reference error.

Thanks in advance for your help.
