I created a pivot table from multiple ranges on multiple sheets (consolidated pivot table). I want the information on the pivot table to refelct the info from my tables, like to show values. However, the data that is pulled is reflecting a 'count' of pulled data.

How do I get around this?

Thank you,

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Sounds like you are trying to put text in the Values field. Doing this will create a count of the text values that match. Based on those results a Pivot Table may not be the option that you are looking for.

Can you post some sample data outlining the results that you want to see?

I want the pivot table to display vlaues based on the specified ranges.

For example, there are 3 specified ranges: 1)GM 2) Ford 3) Honda

I want to consolidate this info on a pivot table and for the data in the pivot table to be reflected as values, not a 'count'

GM Sunfire 2-doors
GM Impala 4-doors
GM Montana Mini-van
GM Escalade SUV

Ford Fusion 4-door
Ford Escape SUV
Ford Explorer SUV
Ford Tauraus 4-door

Honda Civic 2-door
Honda Accord 4-door
Honda Pilote SUV
Honada CRV SUV

Thanks,
