Consolidating 2 Sheets into 1 Pivot Table

Good day! I would like to ask your help regarding consolidating 2 sheets into 1 Pivot Table. I tried searching in Google for some example but I still can't figure out how to make it work (Slicers or Pivot Table Wizard). Thank you so much in advance and I really appreciate your help.
