I am trying to consolidate two columns of data so that they are identical. I will illustrate with an example to see if anyone can help me.

Here is how the current data appears on my report:

Open Orders
Shipped Orders
Item
Qty
Item
Qty
A
1
A
1
B
2
E
2
C
3
F
3
D
4
G
4
Goal is to get data like this:
Open Orders
Shipped Orders
Item
Qty
Item
Qty
A
1
A
1
B
2
B
C
3
C
D
4
D
E
E
2
F
F
3
G
G
4

What would be the best way to go about this?

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
