consolidating multiple lines of info...

So I am working on a worksheet where there are accounts for each house owner past and present.
Accounts where there have been multiple owners create excessive lines of info, can we incorporate prior owner info to current owner so we have historic on the property rather than each owner?
End result of one line per property showing current owner and site specific history.
Does this make sense?

 

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
