After subtotataling a spreadsheed of rows of customers by state and using the count function I am left with 50 states and a qty of customers in each. I would like to use that data only in another spreadsheet but when I copy-paste it actuall brings over all 4000 rows. I would like only to utilize the new 50 rows of state and count.
Thanks

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
Still having trouble with using only the subtotaled data in a separate worksheet. Cannot copy/ paste as it wants to grab the underlying rows also. I only want the subtotaled data as my final data.

Thanks
