Hi, I'm definitely a novice with VBA and looking for ideas how to do the following.

I'm looking for UI ideas to adjust number ranges in a modeless form.
Ex.
Tier 1 = > 50
Tier 2 25 - 49
Tier 3 10 - 48
Tier 4 0 - 9

The following functionally works well where the spin buttons adjust the threshold for evaluating the total score as Tier 1 vs. Tier 2 vs. Tier 3
But this UI seems clunky to me and I want to put these controls in a modeless form vs. embedded in the spreadsheet.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Bonus points for a code sample :)
Thank you,
Mike
