Hello thank you to those people that have helped me with the column issue, As I got it a bit mixed up that’s not what I needed and the examples I tried did do as I asked but what I needed to do was move two columns from one sheet from columns F and G and place them in columns A and B underneath the previous entry. So the end result required is two columns A and B with all the data in them <o></o>

I would also like to say that I do use the search on the site and now realise the importance of choosing the best title so the others with similar problems can benefit from it and declaring what software you are using, I have asked a good few questions over the last week or so and the replies I have received have been tremendous and I have learned something from each one <o></o>
