Conversion to a specific decimal place

Unit- alt unit - conversion factor - units
15.6. X 66.2 0
90. X. 0.111. 4


I am trying the most efficient way so I can have the alt unit calculated based on conversion factor and round to the units defined in other column

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.

As far as I know that cannot be done with a formula.
