Convert a lot of HTML to email in VBA or alternative solution?

I've been asked to do a macro which sends out an email to a list of recipients. So far, no problem. Then marketing gets involved and sends me a humungous amount of HTML for the email they want. Divs, spans, tables, the works, over 600 lines of code.

So, apart from a nightmare of having to convert this VBA, what could I do? Anyone have any clever ideas? Can I call the code from elsewhere and pass it a variable (recipient name)? Outlook template?

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
Got it sorted. Made an OFT Template from HTML. Which presents its own issues...
