Convert a number to a hour

I wondering if there's a way to convert a number to reflect a time. For example, if a number is 9.75 I would want the formula to convert it to 9:45. If the number was 9.47 I'd want the formula to make it 9:28. Obviously the numbers go from .00 to .99 while the time only goes from :00 to :59. Thanks in advance for any help
 

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
Just divide by 24 and format as hh:mm.

=A1/24
