convert a string to an Integer

I am storing a value to a cell, but its storing it as a String. The value will always be a number. How do i make it so the format is a number automaticaly (instead of a string)?

Cells(1,1)=CInt(strVar)

Cells(1,1)=CDbl(strVar)
