Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
Your subject says rows or columns, but you don't want to put each piece of data in its own column, you want to put each piece in a row, is this correct?

Yes that is correct I was thinking that it really did not matter because i can transpose it to what i need

what ever is easier to do i just want to get the data in multiple cells instead of just one cell

Then just select your column of data.
Click on Data, then Text to Columns
Select Delimited
Click Next
Under Delimeters, check Comma only
Click Finish.
