How to convert a string to a single character array? Please also preserve character formating such as color or bold,...
String length less than 255.

Are you wanting the array in a single cell and inside curly brackets {} ?

That is not possible without VBA. In fact, even with VBA it's extremely difficult to get an array of formatted characters.

Thanks. Not surprised. I was thinking of using GET.CELL in a named formula to extract bold words.
