Convert excel if function to macro code

Dear all,

I have a worksheet, which contains the if formular below:
IF($C$6="Jan-Mar13",J12,IF($C$6="Apr-Jun13",K12,IF($C$6="Jul-Sep13",L12,IF($C$6="Oct-Dec13",M12)))), I don't want to show this formular in the workbook, I why I want to convert to macro, is anyone can help me?

note there are many cell range containing this formual.
