Is there a method to convert an Excel worksheet into a fillable web form? Can you have 'lists' embedded? Can you use lookup tables?

Any ideas on where to look, usable software, etc would be appreciated.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Save the sheet as "html."

Web applications are tricky, posting the page is easy getting the web page data is another thing.

Check out "Web Query."

You will most likely need to do it from VBA, but you can also use the built-in "Query" utility.
