Convert ExcelData To A Different Format

I would like a formula if possible that will put the data in Col's A,B,C,D in the same format as the data in Col E. Another software I have uses the same format as Col E. I would then be able to import the data. Is there a way to do this? Appreciate all suggestions. Thanks.
