Excel Facts

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Hi Mark its Jack

Can i say ive sat here for about ten minutes thinking and thats a discrace of a responce, VERY RUDE dont you agree? Address Dennis you know he is second language English and is from Sweeden, thats a little over the top top dont you think??

Dennis did not post a question it was a post to offer help as many of i do, a FREE GIVE AWAY, no where did Dennis say hes right or this is the ONLY solution

Mark, how would you like it if itagged every single post of your and did this and distroyed you work and kind offer of help - this would be fair and reasonable would it not?

Come on thats a bit of a slap to Dennis!

Kindest regards

Sometimes you have to take the good with the bad. All in here are not experts and those of us that are not, appreciate all the help we can get. Sad the competition is so high, because so many are in need and interested in learning anything they can. Dan

What a bunch of cry babies! Grow up!

I was merely prompting Dennis to look at Excel's built-in functionality.

A single VBA statement can be created by simply by using the macro recorder...

Selection.TextToColumns Destination:=Range("A1"), DataType:=xlDelimited, _
TextQualifier:=xlDoubleQuote, ConsecutiveDelimiter:=False, Tab:=True, _
Semicolon:=False, Comma:=False, Space:=False, Other:=False, FieldInfo _
:=Array(1, 1), DecimalSeparator:=",", ThousandsSeparator:="."
